Southern National Championship
The 4th Annual American Bird Dog Classic Southern National Championship was held at Breezy Knoll Farm on April 5 & April 6, 2024. In excess of $7,500 in cash and prizes was awarded for the championship weekend.

On Friday 30 dogs competed in Round 1. Friday’s winners were:
1st place - Chief with Jeff Gamble
2nd place - Hoss with Barry Stinnett
3rd place - Windy with Clay Hall
The top 16 dogs advanced to Saturday. On Saturday, all rounds were a beat your bracemate format. Saturday’s competition began with round 2 consisting of 8 braces & 16 dogs, followed by round 3 with 4 braces & 8 dogs, then round 4 with 2 braces & 4 dogs, and finishing with a 5th round of two final dogs competing.
